Back in 2006, Yue Lei joined Sanpower Group, a leading Chinese private enterprise, shortly after graduating from college. He started as an ordinary employee and worked his way up to become the youngest Global Senior Vice President of Sanpower Group in ten years.
Sanpower Group made the acquisition of House of Fraser in 2014 and helped its strategic partner acquire Hamleys in 2015. Besides its international expansion, Sanpower Group is now a vigorous force for public good across the world.
Last year, Sanpower Group and the Royal Foundation signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Protecting Wildlife during Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to the UK.
As an ambassador from the business community, Yue Lei is passionate about protecting endangered species. He will strive to fulfill his mission and raise public awareness of the conservation by encouraging more people from China to participate in this course. He will fight at the frontline with charity organizations and other ambassadors led by the United for Wildlife to spread the idea of wildlife protection to every corner of the world.
